Join the California Nature Art Museum for a guided kayak tour on Sunday, June 29th 2024 from 2:00PM-4:00PM, in and around the Santa Barbara Harbor. On this beginner-friendly tour, participants will learn about coastal and marine life around Santa Barbara, visit spots frequented by sea lions, harbor seals, and brown pelicans, and view Stearns Wharf from a beautiful lesser-seen perspective on the water. In addition to its rich history, the Wharf is home to many marine invertebrates and intertidal species which may or may not be visible depending on the tides.

What to Bring

  • Reusable water bottle(s) with plenty of water

  • Sunscreen, sun protection (hat, UV shirt), sunglasses

  • (Optional) Waterproof phone case or waterproof camera

Lockers, changing rooms, and public bathrooms are available at the harbor.

Ticket price for this activity is $60 for CalNAM Members and $67 for CalNAM Non-Members, per participant, all supplies included. Advance registration is required, 25 attendees max.

All participants under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
