Instructor Fee (per student):

This is usually a per-student fee and collected by the California Nature Art Museum in the registration process. Given the significant staff time in helping to organize and promote classes and workshop, we will add in an additional 30% to 50% above your requested fee to recoup our own expenses.

Material Fee (per student):

This is usually an optional fee for students who don't have materials and paid directly to the instructors, who bring materials, the day of their workshop.

Maximum Participants:

If students are working at tables (which can be set up in various ways), generally 12-14 is the max. Total Maximum Occupancy for the Barbara Goodall Resource Center is 32 (which can only be achieved through sitting in chairs with no tables in the room.

Minimum Participants:

Generally, we arrive at this by determining the minimum amount of fees that must be raised so that no one is losing money on the class.

Registration Deadline:

If minimum participation is not reached by this day, we will cancel the workshop. Please note that we will need a few days to contact all attendees of the cancellation and process their refunds.
