Opera at Noontime

This was the 25th Anniversary Season of Opera Santa Barbara when members of OSB’s Chrisman Studio Artist Residency Program performed selections from Puccini’s La Boheme at the Wildling Musuem. One of the most beloved operas of all time, Puccini’s La Boheme was performed November 9th and 11th at The Granada Theater. These emerging opera stars of tomorrow were chosen by national auditions and they also performed small roles in OSB productions and facilitated an interactive Opera Lab workshop that was free to area schools.
The 2018-19 Chrisman Studio Artists were: Ashley Kay Armstrong (mezzo-soprano), Yazid Gray (baritone), Michael Kollmorgen (tenor), and Jennifer Lindsay (soprano). Jennifer Lindsay was replaced by soprano, Oxana Senina at this concert.
